We have been looking for an effective anti-snoring pillow and now we have one - The Goodnight Pillow.
The Goodnight Pillow has been designed to give a better nights sleep by helping to reduce neck pain and reduce snoring. It has been developed in conjunction with physiotherapists and is UK designed and made.
This anti snore pillow is made of a temperature sensitive memory foam called Visco and is finished in a special fabric called Cool Max. The Visco memory foam reacts to body temperature by using body heat to soften and mould the memory foam to the contours of your head and neck. It evenly distributes the weight of your head and neck which in turn reduces pressure points of the spine resulting in a relaxed and less disturbed sleep. The pillow is best used sleeping on your side as the head and neck are correctly aligned and the goodnight pillow also gives greater support to your shoulders if sleeping on your side.
Care of your Pillow
Taking care of your anti-snoring pillow:
It does not need special cleaning and any surface dust or marks can be wiped off using mild soap on a damp cloth and then allowed to dry. Do not machine wash the pillow or fully immerse in water.
The pillow can be put into a normal pillow case.
General Notes:
When first unpacked memory foam can give off a "new" smell. If that is the case leave the pillow out of the plastic packaging in a warm place for a day or two to air.
The Goodnight Pillow is different to a normal soft pillow and may take a little getting used to so allow about a week to grow accustomed to it. The anti snore pillow is used flat side down and contoured side up. There is a lower and higher contour so you can decide which one suits you best and is the most comfortable.
Returns:
Pillows may be returned if as new and unmarked. For any queries call 01491 419200 and refer to the Goodnight Pillow.
The Goodnight Anti Snore Pillow is best used sleeping on your side as the head and neck are then correctly aligned. It is also important to place your head in a position with your head slightly tilted back, ie lifting your chin. This allows the airway at the back of the throat to open and reduces or eliminates snoring. You will find that it is a natural and comfortable position.
